The City of Lake Charles Partners in Parks Initiative, in collaboration with Historic City Hall Arts and Cultural Center and Upscale Productions, is organizing a special Music in the Park event. Scheduled for Sunday, December 15, 2024, the Nellie Lutcher Christmas Carol Extraordinaire will be held from 4 to 6 pm at Nellie Lutcher Memorial Park located at 702 Enterprise Blvd.
This free community event will showcase live jazz performances. The Street Side Jazz Band is set to perform from 4 to 5 pm, followed by Jairus Daigle from 5 to 6 pm.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs for this family-friendly gathering. It is important to note that pets will not be permitted inside the park to ensure comfort and safety for all guests.
