The City of Lake Charles is collaborating with the Imperial Calcasieu Museum for another session in the 2024 Art in the Park Series. This event, part of the city's Partners in Parks Initiative, will take place at Hillcrest Park on Saturday, November 16, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to express gratitude through art just before Thanksgiving. Artists from the Imperial Calcasieu Museum's residency program will lead the art instruction. The City of Lake Charles will provide art supplies and easels.

Participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and prepare for a creative experience. Lake Charles Coca-Cola is also supporting this community event.

The event is free and open to everyone. For more details, interested individuals can call 337-491-1280 or email.
