Recycling stations, including the Team Green recycling truck and the Incinerator, will also be closed on November 11 and will resume normal operations on November 12.

Additionally, all services of the Department of Public Works and other city departments, including Lake Charles City Hall, will be closed on Veterans Day. Regular hours will resume the following day.

Residents are reminded to place containers and items for removal before 7 a.m. on collection days or the evening prior. Containers should be removed by 7 p.m. on the day of collection. Responsibility for collecting any spillage from containers lies with the owner or occupant.
