The City of Lake Charles Solid Waste Division has officially announced a significant change to the Green Truck Recycling schedule. The move, effective Wednesday, May 1, 2024, will see the Green Truck being relocated from its previous spot at the former Kroger parking lot on 12th Street to a new location at the Lake Charles Event Center south parking lot, specifically at 900 Lakeshore Dr. The hours of operation will remain consistent, running from 9 am to 3:45 pm.
