The City of Lake Charles will resume all administrative offices and services, including City Hall, on Thursday, September 12, 2024. City Administrator John Cardone confirmed that operations at Historic City Hall, Central School, the Lake Charles Event Center, Mallard Golf Club, and city recreation centers will also return to normal business hours.
Transit services will operate with all routes following their regular schedules. Solid Waste crews are set to resume trash and garbage collection according to the usual collection timetable.
Additionally, the Nelson Road/Alma Lane Team Green Recycling Truck and Solid Waste Incinerator will recommence standard operations on Thursday.
