The City of Lake Charles Solid Waste Division is reminding residents of a permanent location change to the Green Truck Recycling Drop-off schedule.
As of Wednesday, May 1, 2024, the Wednesday location of the Green Truck has moved to the Lake Charles Event Center south parking lot (900 Lakeshore Dr.). Hours of operation remain 9 am – 3:45 pm.
This truck was previously located in the former Kroger parking lot on 12th Street. Residents are asked not to leave recyclables at this location, as it is privately owned property.
Locations and times for all other days remain the same as shown in the attached schedule.
