1.         123-23               Appoint chairman to review bids to purchase an annual supply of roadbase limestone aggregate per specifications for six (6) months, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional six (6) month periods, for use by the Public Works Department, Streets Division.

33.       338-23               An ordinance amending Sec. 4-32 of the Code of Ordinances to specifically include a “Dangerous Dog”, as defined under La. R.S. 14:102.14, to the definition of a “Dangerous Animal” and amending Sec. 4-71 of the Code of Ordinances to provide for general civil penalties for violations of Chapter 4: Animals and Fowl.

34.       339-23               An ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to submit an application to the Calcasieu Parish Road and Drainage Trust Fund; and if granted, to execute any and all agreements in connection therewith.

35.       340-23               An ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to accept the public sewer and sidewalk improvements installed on Nelson Road, from EVT Lake Charles, LLC for ownership and maintenance.

36.      341-23              An ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to enter into any and all agreements for Wastewater Treatment Plant Basin A-02 and A-06 sewer evaluation and emergency point repairs.

37.       342-23               An ordinance declaring the intent of the City of Lake Charles to acquire a full ownership interest of Nine (9) Parcels of Adjudicated Property pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute 47:2236, and providing further thereto.

38.       343-23               An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of Lake Charles to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Northgate Plaza, LLC, granting incentives for the construction and enhancement of a retail store to promote economic development.

39.       345-23               An ordinance amending Chapter 21, Sec. 21-9 of Article 1 “Cross contamination prevention - Backflow preventer installation and inspection requirements” of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

40.       359-23               An ordinance amending Section 20-78 of Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances to prohibit parking on the both sides of Eleanor Street from Legion Street to Progressive Street.

46.      367-23               Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to accept the proposal received from the Request for Proposals issued for the most qualified vendor to provide cybersecurity services for the City of Lake Charles.

47.      368-23               Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the removal of Yield signs and the installation of Stop signs on Katherine Street at its intersection with N. Goos Boulevard in the City of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

49.      370-23               Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multifamily loan agreement with Banyan, for the purpose of using City of Lake Charles direct allocation Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds for Capstone at the Oaks, an affordable housing development.

50.      371-23               Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the Mayor to enter into a multifamily loan agreement with MGM Development Group, for the purpose of using City of Lake Charles direct allocation Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds for Woodring II, an affordable housing development.

51.      372-23                Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to enter into an agreement with a firm to provide network services for the Water Division and Waste Water Division.

52.      373-23                Introduction of an ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles to enter into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Zypien’s Music Foundation for the development of a Walk of Fame in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
