McNeese State University will host its annual Parents and Family Weekend Friday, Sept. 23, and Saturday, Sept. 24. Families are invited to campus to spend time with their students for a fun-filled weekend of tailgating and Cowboy athletics.
On Friday, all are invited to the Cowboy Block Party at Alumni Grove to watch Three Thirty-Seven perform from 7-10:30 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m.
On Saturday, McNeese volleyball will face off against Northwestern State at 1 p.m. in the Legacy Center. A pre-game tailgate will be held at 3 p.m. followed by McNeese vs. Mississippi College at 7 p.m. at Cowboy Stadium. This package for family members costs $40 per person and will include access to all activities, a shirt for the game and food at the tailgate.
McNeese students get in free to home football games with a valid student ID and they may also purchase one extra ticket for an immediate family member at a discounted rate of $10.
