The City of Lake Charles Small Business Opportunity Program will collaborate with local governmental agencies to facilitate a workshop for small business owners on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. The “Doing Business with the City and Local Affiliates Workshop” aims to provide valuable information to small business owners seeking insight into procurement opportunities and requirements.
This event will take place from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm on the first floor of City Hall, located at 326 Pujo St. Various local agencies will have information booths staffed by representatives who are prepared to engage with business owners. Among the participating entities are the City of Lake Charles Small Business Opportunity Program and Purchasing Division, the Port of Lake Charles, the Calcasieu Parish School Board, Chennault International Airport, and the Lake Charles Regional Airport.
The workshop is free of charge.
