On Saturday, April 26, four former Sulphur High School standouts, including Bryce Fontenot, Cooper Devall, Gage Trahan and Kohl Navarre’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowboys, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the UTRGV Vaqueros.
The game took place at UTRGV Baseball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Vaqueros this season.
The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 27 at 12 p.m. at UTRGV Baseball Stadium against UTRGV Vaqueros.
