The City of Lake Charles Partners in Parks Initiative and Sasol Nature in Focus Initiative are teaming up for an Insect Encounter on Saturday, August 19, 2023, from 10 a.m. – noon. This free, interactive event will take place at Tuten Park, 3801 Nelson Rd.
This event will feature Lafayette-based Schoolhouse Safari, known for its exotic animal encounters. This interactive experience will allow attendees to get an up close look at insects and learn more about these unique, mysterious creatures.
