22.       322-23               An ordinance authorizing the City of Lake Charles (City) and the Nelson Market Economic Development District (Nelson Market) to enter into the Consent Agreement with EVT Lake Charles, LLC (EVT) and Stifel Bank & Trust (Stifel) whereby EVT is permitted to assign some or all of its rights in the Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the City and Nelson Market to Stifel, and providing further thereto.

23.      323-23              An Ordinance amending Section 4.1A, Section 9.1.5, and Section 10.1.2 of the City of Lake Charles Personnel Policy Manual to add Juneteenth to the City Holidays for all full time employees to receive as a paid day off.

38.       336-23             Introduction of an ordinance adopting and levying the Annual Property Tax millages for the City of Lake Charles for the tax year 2023.

39.       337-23             Introduction of an ordinance amending Sec. 8-1, Article I, Chapter 8 of the City of Lake Charles Code of Ordinances adopting the 2015 Edition of the NFPA 1 Uniform Fire Code, 2015 Edition of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, and the 2021 Edition of International Fire Code.

40.       338-23              Introduction of an ordinance amending Sec. 4-32 of the Code of Ordinances to specifically include a “Dangerous Dog”, as defined under La.
