Phillips 66 Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex’s Veterans Network

Phillips 66 Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex’s Veterans Network is the grand marshal of this year’s Westlake Christmas Parade. Phillips 66 employees will appear in the parade, which is being held Saturday, Dec. 10 at 1 p.m. in Westlake and hosted by the Rotary Club of Westlake.
Phillips 66 is invested in the Rotary Club of Westlake and supporting the community. Phillips 66’s Veterans Network hosts an ongoing #GoodEnergy Food Drive for employees and contractors to donate non-perishable foods for the Westlake food pantries. Over the past two years of collections, employees donated more than 3,760 pounds of food.

“We truly appreciate the Veterans Network and Phillips 66 as a whole for their support for the Rotary Club and partnering with us to make sure Westlake residents have a place to get food if they are ever in need. We are so happy to honor Phillips 66 as our grand marshal in the Christmas parade,” said Brandi Felice, Rotary Club of Westlake president.

“People are hurting in our local community and need a hand up. This community depends on all of us to contribute if we are going to thrive and build a better future for the next generation. Phillips 66 has given its veterans the opportunity to jump in and help. We did so by supporting the Westlake Little Food Pantry. The employees of Phillips 66 showed how much they care about this community by exceeding all expectations when it came to donating. We are so proud to be a part of this and it was an absolute honor to partner with the Rotary Club of Westlake and fill that pantry for those in need,” said William Ducotey, Phillips 66 Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex shipping scheduler and Veterans Network lead.

The Westlake Christmas Parade will line up on St. John Bosco Church. The parade will head north on Sampson Street and conclude at Westlake High School.

Parade applications may be sent to the Westlake Recreational Center at 1221 Sampson St. in Westlake. An entry fee of $25 can be made payable to the Rotary Club of Westlake.
