Glenn Shepard with Glenn Shepard Seminars will present a half -day seminar on "How to Supervise People and Lead a Team" based on one of his books, "How to Manage Problem Employees".
This program has been approved for 3 hours (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR, and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.
