On Saturday, March 22, former Alfred M. Barbe High School standout Ashton Quiller’s current college team, the Arkansas State Red Wolves, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas State Bobcats.
The game took place at Bobcat Ballpark. This was their second matchup against the Bobcats this season.
The Red Wolves’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 23 at 1 p.m. at Bobcat Ballpark against Texas State Bobcats.

Goosport Park in Lake Charles will host a Halloween event on Friday, October 31, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. The City of Lake Charles Department of Community Services is organizing the event through its Partners in Parks initiative.
