Sasol’s Scales & Tails event returns to Riverside Park for family education

Sasol’s Nature in Focus: Scales & Tails event is set to return to Lake Charles on Saturday, March 7, from 10 a.m. to noon at Riverside Park. The event offers free admission and invites families and community members to learn about reptiles and other wildlife through hands-on educational activities.

Organizers say the program is designed for all ages and aims to encourage interest in the natural world. Attendees will have opportunities to interact with animals and participate in interactive learning experiences.

The City of Lake Charles has partnered with Sasol, Lake Charles Coca-Cola, and other sponsors to bring back this Partners in Parks/Nature in Focus event. “The City of Lake Charles is proud to partner with Sasol and other generous sponsors, including Lake Charles Coca-Cola, to bring this Partners in Parks/Nature in Focus event back to the community.”
