On Wednesday, March 19, former Sam Houston High School standout Breanna Fontenot’s current college team, the Southeastern Louisiana Lady Lions, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Louisiana-Monroe Warhawks.

The game took place at North Oak Park. This was their first matchup against the Warhawks this season.

The Lady Lions’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 4 p.m. at North Oak Park against McNeese State Cowgirls.
