On Sunday, March 16, four former Sulphur High School standouts, including Bryce Fontenot, Cooper Devall, Gage Trahan and Kohl Navarre’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowboys, won 9-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lamar Cardinals.

The game took place at Joe Miller Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Pat Kenelly Diamond at Alumni Field against Southeastern Louisiana Lions.
