On Saturday, April 19, four former Sulphur High School standouts, including Bryce Fontenot, Cooper Devall, Gage Trahan and Kohl Navarre’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowboys, won 3-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Islanders.

The game took place at Joe Miller Ballpark. This was their third matchup against the Islanders this season.

The Cowboys’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 22 at 6 p.m. at Joe Miller Ballpark against Louisiana Christian Wildcats.
