Former Alfred M. Barbe High School standout Bryce LaRocca played on Friday, May 16 in hopes of reaching the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Alfred M. Barbe High School standout Bryce LaRocca’s current collegiate team the Mississippi Choctaws lost 13-5 against the Tampa Spartans in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at UT Baseball Field at 5:20 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Tampa Spartans in the tournament.

The Mississippi Choctaws’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 5 p.m. at UT Baseball Field.
