On Saturday, March 1, former Sam Houston High School standouts Alexis Dibbley and Brylie Fontenot’s current college team, the McNeese State Cowgirls, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Auburn Tigers.

The game took place at Jane B. Moore Field. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Cowgirls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 1 p.m. at Lamar Softball Complex against Lamar Lady Cardinals.
